IMPORTANT INFO: As a result of the crossover with ICE 2025, we will have an additional Dark day on Monday 20th January. There will be no vehicle access on this day; only pedestrian. All construction must still be completed on Sunday 19th January; Monday 20th will be for dressing, cleaning etc only. Please be aware: THIS IS NOT AN ADDITIONAL BUILD DAY. All build MUST be complete 19th and there is NO vehicle access whatsoever on Monday 20th January.

Please note that on the show open days the hall will be open to exhibitors and contractors from 08:00 on Tuesday 21st January and 09:30 on Wednesday 22nd January. All exhibitors and contractors should vacate the hall 30 minutes after the show close each evening (apart from the last day of the show when the breakdown process begins). Please note that power to all stands will be switched off 30 minutes after the show closes each day.

If you require more than 30 minutes of power after the show closes, please contact GES at the service desks before 1pm on 22nd January 2025. This is chargeable to the exhibitor.

If you are NOT an Official Supplier but are servicing multiple stands at the show, please contact Katy Leslie and we will see how best we can support you.

Early access and late working

The hours published is the maximum time available to construct your stand. We do not promote long working days - it is your responsibility to ensure your project is suitably staffed and safe working practices are followed

Late working past 22:00hrs is strongly discouraged and incurs additional charges. Contractors and exhibitors must plan to ensure that the necessary work can be completed within the published hours. Late working will only be permitted in exceptional circumstances where it can be done safely.

Night working can only take place with permission from the Organiser in time for adequate safe working arrangements to be made. Late working will only be permitted if there is sufficient management cover and appropriate duty staff to oversee safe working practices and to ensure adherence to licensing restrictions.

If late working is required, you must contact the Organisers in advance or visit the Exhibitor Services Centre onsite. Late working is charged at 900Euros per hour per stand and can be purchased per 2hour, 4hour and 8hour blocks. Requests must be made before 12:00hrs on the day required.

Please note exhibitor services (e.g. rigging and electrics) will not be available during these hours

Payment will be taken onsite.

Security Advice

Immediately after the show is the most common time for loss and theft to occur. We highly recommend that valuables, particularly of a portable nature are not left unattended at any time on your stand at any point during the show e.g. laptops, mobile phones, handbags.

Please ensure that you have not left anything inside/ on the rental furniture. Contractors collect hired items very quickly at the end of the exhibition.

Venue Access

As a contractor, there are certain procedures you will need to complete to enter the hall in both build/break AND show open. Please see below for information.

Build/ Breakdown

We require all persons accessing the exhibition areas to be duly identified/accredited and to agree to the site rules as stipulated by the Organiser and the Venue. All personnel will be provided a personal passes.

To access the halls during build-up and breakdown, everyone will need to register for a Build Up and Breakdown Pass. This pass is to confirm that each individual accessing the halls will adhere to our site rules and have been informed of our emergency procedures. Everyone will need to register in advance and bring their digital pass with them when accessing the site. When they arrive onsite, they will be given a wristband in exchange. They must wear this wristband throughout build and breakdown. This process is the same for ICE and iGBA. If a stand contractor is building on both shows, they still only need one pass. It's one system for both shows.

Please note that these passes would not grant anyone access to the shows when they are open. If a contractor requires access to the show, they can register for a show badge by contacting Katy Leslie.

During the days of build up and break down, individuals under the age of 16 shall not be allowed to enter the halls.

Contractors will not be allowed into the hall for breakdown until 19:30 on Wednesday 22nd January 2025. Please do not ask your contractor to come to the hall before that time as security will not allow them access. All arrangements for breakdown must be made during the times contractors are allowed into the hall.

Any exhibitors wishing to come and see their stand during build, admission to the exhibition hall is strictly by wristband and name badge only. Exhibitors who have their wristband and name badge will be granted access on Monday 20th January 2025 from 13:00.

Please note that under iGB Affiliate's Site Rules, all persons in the hall at this time must wear high visibility jackets, appropriate footwear and hard hats where necessary.

Show Open

If you wish to access the show during opening hours you will need to contact Katy Leslie

Your build passes will not grant you access during show open.
