Clemence joined MyAffiliates in 2012 after spending some years working in different sectors of the industry from affiliate management to affiliate software technology companies. Clemence is currently located in Malta and is the Group CEO. Clemence won Malta’s Best Gaming Woman Leader of the Year in 2018 and 2019 awards and CEO Woman Of The Year at SiGMA in 2021. In 2023, she earned recognition from iGB, securing a position among the Top 10 Most Influential Women in the industry.
