Cleaning
As per the mandatory waste removal process, the only waste management provider permitted to operate within the Fira venue for these exhibitions is Fira’s official provider. Any other company arriving to the Fira to drop/collect bins, skips or other waste management tools, will be refused entry to site.
The gangways and public areas will be cleaned and vacuumed outside exhibition open hours. After the show closes each day you must ensure you place any rubbish bags or empty boxes for disposal in the gangways next to your stand. This applies for both space only and package stands however please read the information below carefully to book additional cleaning.
Package Stands
Package stands (Branded AMP and Basic Stands) will be cleaned before your first conference day as part of your shell scheme package. If you require cleaning of your stand after the first day of the conference this will need to be booked and paid by the exhibitor directly with the venue.
Space only
No cleaning is included in your space only stands. You can book additional cleaning from the venue.
It is also your responsibility to ensure that either you or your contractor removes all rubbish, building materials, carpets and floor coverings from your stand area and the venue at the end of the breakdown. These must not be dumped or disposed of in the hall or any other part of the venue. Any charges incurred, due to items being abandoned will be passed directly onto you.
All space only exhibitors will be required to contract a minimum m3 standard waste management via ServiFira. The requirement is determined by stand size. Each exhibitor/contractor will need to show proof that they have ordered the corresponding m3 waste management through ServiFira before they can obtain the Drawing Inspection Notice. Important information
If you are a Space Only Exhibitor, the procurement of Waste Removal Services is mandatory prior to arriving onsite for build up. You must read our regulations regarding waste within the Stand Design Guide as a matter of importance.
Data Retrieval
In order to collect data from iGB Affiliate 2027, You require SmartScan. You may already have this included as part of your exhibitor package. If you don't, please contact your Account Manager to get the best experience of iGB Affiliate 2027.

Kuehne + Nagel (K+N) have been appointed as the official & sole logistics provider for ICE and iGB Affiliate 2027 which includes freight forwarding, lifting and storage.

Important Information
KN Courier Point: Courier partners, exhibitors, sponsors, and participants can conveniently drop off their materials at our designated courier station on either build or breakdown of the show. Our friendly staff will be there to assist. Please note: that you must notify Kuehne + Nagel prior to any expected deliveries, otherwise this could lead to a loss of your deliveries and they will not be held responsibly if you do not inform them.
Secure Storage: We provide secure storage for packages, promotional materials, and equipment. Each item is carefully labelled and organized, so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.

GES is the exclusive provider for Electrics.
Exhibitors who require electrical fittings must order the appropriate mains supply and fittings from GES. You must submit a grid plan.

Exhibitors can choose between 12-hour or 24-hour power, and they can select the number of build-up days included, which can be 2, 4, or 7 days, as specified in the list below.

For any electrical connections exceeding 40kW, please note that these are available upon request only, and a special technical project must be completed where the cost is measured against the total amount of kW ordered. Please contact the team on iGBAffiliateEU@ges.com.

In order to satisfy local electrotechnical regulations on stands with more than 50kW of power in total, a licensed (Catalan) engineer must complete a technical project and sign an installation report, which will result in an additional fee which is calculated based on the total amount of kW ordered

IMPORTANT NOTE: Any request to move mains boxes onsite during the show build-up period will incur the cost of a new connection. This is because a local engineer must complete and sign a new installation report for each movement. All orders for electrical power placed with GES must be accompanied by a diagram showing location and relevant information in connection with your order. Orders will not be accepted without this information. FAQ's
What are the connection periods?
-Daytime electrical panels : These panels are connected each day 30 mins before the event opens and disconnected 30 mins after the closing time.
-24-hour electrical panels : These panels supply power throughout the whole event, 24 hours a day, and are recommended if you have fridges or machinery that needs to be permanentley connected.
If you a contract three-phase electrical with Cbs, how many single-phase outlets will it have?
The number of CBs installed should always be in accordance with the following ration:
CB = Circuit Breaker
1kW = 1,000 Watts
Sustainability Information:
- GES promotes resource conservation through more energy efficient alternatives for lighting, with LED lighting being used on all show services.

Flooring
GES are our official carpet supplier.
Space only stands are required to provide their own carpet through their official stand contractor and a fire safety certificate must be provided.

Important Information:
Branded Package exhibitors have carpet provided as part of their package in the colour Pebble. If you would like to have a custom colour this will be an additional cost to you and can be ordered via GES.
Space only stands who are providing their own carpet through their official stand contractor and a fire safety certificate must be provided.
Sustainability Information
- GES’ rewind carpet options are 100% latex free, making it 100% recyclable and the most planet friendly sustainable option we offer
- The rewind carpet GES offers is also Cradle to Cradle certified level silver, meaning it came out on top in material health, material reuse, renewable energy and carbon management.

Forklifts
You are not allowed to bring your own forklifts into the venue due to insurance and health and safety reasons. However, the official freight forwarding company will be able to assist with unloading and loading your vehicles in the loading areas, but must be booked prior to the show. ServiFira is the official provider for all Telecommunications and Internet.
Important Information
CABLE SERVICES: A location floorplan is required, with the network cable positions marked. The floorplan must be submitted 15 days prior to the official build-up date. Modifications to the cable's location after the official build-up start date will incur a reinstallation cost.
Wi-Fi SERVICES: The Wi-Fi service provided during the event operates in the 5GHz spectrum only. It is strictly prohibited to install or operate personal Wi-Fi or wireless devices that emit signals at the 5 GHz and/or 6 GHz frequency bands. All exhibitors are required to comply with the event Wireless Policy

Fira Barcelona is the sole authorised provider of Internet and Connectivity Services, including Wi-Fi, across the exhibition halls. It is strictly prohibited to install or operate personal Wi-Fi or wireless devices that emit signals at the 2.4GHz or 5GHz frequency bands. To ensure the optimal experience for all attendees and exhibitors, Fira’s IT team reserves the right to identify and deactivate any unauthorised wireless networks. All exhibitors are required to comply with the Fira Barcelona’s Wireless Policy.

Promotional Staff
Please note there is a fee for promotional passes that will have to be paid before the event begins, the fee payable is dependent on the size of your Exhibition stand (i.e. 1 Promo staff Per 3m x 3m):
- 9m²: Entitled to 1x Promo staff pass at discounted rate of €170 each
- 18m²: Entitled to 2x Promo staff at discounted rate of €170 each
- 27m²: Entitled to 3x Promo staff at discounted rate of €170 each
Promotional staff are permitted to walk around the expo hall as long as they abide by Code of Conduct. Promotional staff they must not congregate or hand out any promotional material in the registration area or conference rooms. Promotional drops are not permitted in our feature areas.
Please note:
A license will be required for anyone operating outside the boundary of your stand to promote your company. Regardless of what they are wearing, be it a fancy costume or a branded t-shirt, if they are trying to promote your company off of your stand then you must have a license. If you would like to have staff/promotional staff distributing items away from your stand, please contact your Clarion Gaming account manager for a license. There is no limit to the number of licenses you can request; however, you only request passes for people are working away from your stand at any point.
Charges are as follows:
€1495 per day, per one character/promo staff
€2535 for two days, per one character/promo staff
