Continuing ICE’s efforts to raise awareness of the importance of DEIB in the gambling industry, and following the open consultation with the industry in August-September 2024, ICE Barcelona is stepping up its initiatives to offer itself as a platform for advocacy and to effect change.
We have planned three days full of educational sessions, interactive workshops and networking meet-ups – all adapted to your busy schedules at the show.

Launched successfully two years ago, these three networking events celebrate inclusion, bringing together those from underrepresented groups and their allies to benefit from the power of shared experiences (on both personal and professional levels) and networking to identify role models and connect with like-minded professionals.
Each highlights an underrepresented group (People of Colour, LGBTQ+ and Women). Our meet-ups are open to all for 60 minutes of connecting, laughing, socializing and being inspired.
We want to make DEIB education as accessible as possible to a diversity of people attending ICE, whether you are a company leader in charge of your business’s long-term success, a sales or business development executive whose priority at ICE is to drive your company’s commercial success, a member of an underrepresented group looking for practical skills to up your ante or build your network, or a DEIB professional driving the inclusion strategy in your organization.
We recognize that people experience ICE differently, have different priorities and responsibilities at the event and manage their time differently.
For that reason, instead of one day seminar as organized in previous years, we will be offering shorter sessions, spread across the three days of the event, at various times of the day and offering different types of education:
